Ninja Fit
McKeon is excited for another season of our Ninja Fit Program. Developed by American Ninja Warrior, Drew Drechsel, it’s a great way to learn fun Ninja skills like tumbling, balance, coordination, and problem-solving.
Class Curriculum
Warm-ups are first for all groups and consist of exercises, conditioning, and movements that teach the basics of obstacle course training. Children are then grouped by age and ability. Four obstacles are taught each week with a different lesson plan during the 10-week class semester, culminating in a final week obstacle course fun-run.

Ninja fit session #1 -
September 13th- November 15th
Ninja Fit Session # 2 -
November 22- February 14th ( No class 11/29, 12/27, and 1/3)
Ninja Fit Session #3 -
February 28- May 9th ( No class April 25th )
